मॅक्सट्रॅक पी ओरल ड्रॉप (Maxtra P Oral Drops) एक एन्टीहिस्टामाइन आहे जो शरीरात हिस्टॅमिनच्या क्रियांना रोखून कार्य करते. साइनस दाब, सायनस कन्जेक्शन, वाहणारे नाक, गळा आणि नाकाला खाज , डोळ्यातून पाणी वाहणे आणि श्वासोच्छवासाच्या संसर्गामुळे होणारे शिंकणे, हायताप आणि एलर्जीच्या लक्षणांपासून ते दूर केले जाते.
