माला डी टॅब्लेट (Mala D Tablet)

माला डी टॅब्लेट अवांछित गर्भधारणा टाळण्यासाठी वापरली जाणारी गर्भ निरोधक गोळी आहे. ही एक मौखिक गोळी असून ती 28 दिवसांपर्यंत किंवा डॉक्टरांनी सांगितल्यानुसार रेजिमेनुसार पाळली पाहिजे. माला डी टॅब्लेटमध्ये दोन प्रकारचे टॅब्लेट आहेत, एक इथिनिल एस्ट्रॅडिओल आणि लेव्होनॉर्जेस्ट्रेलचे सक्रिय घटक म्हणून आणि दुसरा फरस फ्युमरेटचा आहे. एथिएल एस्ट्रॅडिओल आणि लेव्होनॉर्जेस्ट्रेल (पांढरी ) टॅब्लेट 21 दिवसांनी घेण्यात येतो आणि पुढील 7 दिवसांसाठी फेरस फुमरेट (लाल) टॅब्लेट घेण्यात येते. अंडाणु रोखण्याद्वारे अंडाशय थांबविण्याद्वारे हे कार्य करते.

माला डी टॅब्लेट देखील रजोनिवृत्तीच्या अल्पकालीन बदल कमी किंवा थांबविण्यासाठी देखील ओळखले जाते. गोळी खाण्याआधी आपण नेहमी आपल्या स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञांचा सल्ला घ्यावा कारण त्याला कमी ओटीपोटात वेदना, मुरुम, उलट्या, ऍलर्जी प्रतिक्रिया, उच्च रक्तदाब इत्यादि असू शकतात. डॉक्टरांनी सांगितल्यानुसार नियमित डोसमध्ये खाल्यास माला डी टॅब्लेट कॅन तीन वर्षांपर्यंत गर्भधारणा टाळा.

Mala D is a combination of Ethinyl Estradiol and levonorgestrel. Ethinyl Estradiol is a semisynthetic estrogen which enters the cells and binds to the estrogen receptors and forms a complex that enters the cell nucleus and bind to the DNA. This activates the DNA transcription of genes that are involved in estrogenic cellular responses. Levonorgestrel is a nortestosterone derivative and is a potent inhibitor of ovulation. This medicine also prevents fertilization of the egg and reduces the secretion of hormones like follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone.
