This drop is the combination of four medicine which includes Lidocaine, Beclometasone, Clotrimazole, and Chloramphenicol and is used for the treatment of ear infection. Lidocaine which is an anesthetic decreases the pain sensation by blocking the pain signal from nerves to the brain. Beclometasone is a steroid and block the production of prostaglandins which causes swelling, itching, and redness of the war. Clotrimazole works as an anti-fungal and stops the growth of fungi. Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic it stops the growth of bacteria.
