संक्रमण, सामान्य सर्दी आणि ऍलर्जीमुळे होणारी छाती चे कंजेशनट्रिगर कमी करण्यासाठी हे औषध वापरले जाते. ते एक्सपेक्टोरेन्ट असल्याने ते आपल्या गळ्यात आणि छातीतील कंजेशन कमी करून कार्य करते, ज्यामुळे तोंडातून खोकला येणे सोपे होते.

डेक टॅब्लेट (Dec Tablet) is an expectorant which reduces adhesiveness and surface tension of congealed mucous in upper respiratory tract to increase flow of mucous, stimulating and increasing efficiency of the cilia to remove the accumulated mucous.
