GDM or hyperglycemia in pregnancy need to be controlled by
Diet, medicines and Insulin Your HBA1C is bit high. As you said you unable to tolerate Metformin which is routinely used in GDM. So the last resort is always Insulin. GDM can affect foetus or mother of not controlled. We use Mixtard Insulin too. Current regimen seems OK to me.
In general, pregnancy does not cause flares of SLE. When flares do develop, they often occur during the first or second trimester or during the first few months after delivery. So you can try for a pregnancy now
stop pan40 -it is not given in pregnancy.stop wyselone steroids also.
take a tablet of pregnidoxin on empty stomach with little water in morning. wait for half an hour and take ors type liquids,no fats ,toned milk/curds as proteins
repeat the medicine at night again.
