Vigora 100Mg Tablet While Breastfeeding

Hello Doctor, I'm 24 year old female. Me and my fiance had intercourse to the very first time back in July. When he started to insert his penis inside, it wasn't going all in, even after several attempts. Also, I was in unbearable pain and I didn't feel pleasant at all. I had gone through with discomfort and pain throughout. I saw blood, but I'm not sure if my hymen had broken or not. Because his penis didn't enter completely inside me. Doctor, I examined my vagina and discovered that my vagina is covered with thick skin but it wasn't the same before. And when I touch my vagina from inside, it pains. What it could be, Doctor? I'm so worried already.

Causes: Allergy. An allergic reaction to certain substances may cause the vagina to swell. Irritation..Rough intercourse. Gartner's duct cysts. Bartholin's cysts. Cellulitis..Bacterial vaginosis. Yeast infection. Suggestion: Treatment and Prevention Treatment of vaginitis depends on the cause: Tablets, gels, or creams are used to treat bacterial vaginitis. Some treatments might not be safe to use with alcohol or during pregnancy, and certain vaginal creams can weaken latex condoms. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about how to safely use the medication prescribed. Contact your doctor if symptoms return after treatment. Trichomoniasis requires a single dose of prescription antibiotics, and sexual partners should be treated at the same time to prevent them from reinfecting each other. Pregnant women should consult their doctors regarding the safety of the treatment. You can help prevent Trichomonas vaginalis infection by limiting the number of sexual partners and by ensuring the male partner always uses a latex condom during sexual intercourse. Antifungal pills or cream are available for vaginal yeast infections. It's a good idea to seek your doctor's opinion before purchasing nonprescription products. It's especially important to see your doctor if: it's your first yeast infection you're pregnant or breast-feeding the treatments you've tried haven't worked the infection keeps coming back you're not sure it's a yeast infection you have any health conditions that weaken your immune system (such as HIV) you also have pelvic pain, fever, or a coloured or unpleasant-smelling vaginal discharge Some women have frequent yeast infections. If you've had four or more infections in the last year, see your doctor. Prescription products are also available. Your doctor can also recommend a steroid ointment or cream to reduce the redness, swelling, and itching that can be caused by irritative or allergic vaginitis. 4 to 5 tablespoons of baking soda in a lukewarm bath can provide some relief. It's important to identify the cause of the vaginitis so that irritants can be avoided in the future. Atrophic vaginitis might be minimized by using estrogen therapy or lubricants (such as K-Y Jelly® or a personal lubricant). Estrogen therapy is not for everyone - talk to your doctor about whether it's a good choice for you. If you have diabetes, managing your blood sugar helps reduce your chances of getting vaginitis. Using condoms can prevent infectious vaginitis. Good toilet habits are also helpful; wiping from front to back lowers the chance of spreading bacteria from the anus to the vagina. Tips to keep your vaginal skin healthy and prevent non-infectious vaginitis include the following: Avoid prolonged moisture and friction, for instance rubbing vigorously with a towel. Don't wear bathing suits or exercise clothes for long periods of time. Wear cotton underwear which provide some air-flow. Wear loose-fitting slacks. Avoid pantyhose. Find alternative contraceptives if your skin is irritated by lubricated condoms, jellies, creams, or sponges. Keep the area around the genitals clean and dry. Avoid irritants such as douches, feminine hygiene sprays, deodorized sanitary pads or tampons, and coloured or perfumed toilet paper.

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment. So, please send photos of the affected area by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

A lot depends on what you consider loose motion and what feeds the baby is on. If the baby is on breast milk, even 7-8 semi formed stools are not really diarrhoea. If the baby is not loosing any weight, passing urine normally, feeding normally, not vomiting, it is not diarrhoea. The point is if it is not really diarrhoea, why are we treating it all. In my opinion, all medicines except zinc should be stopped and the baby should continue vigorous breast feeding.

Get the breast milk thru breast pump and collect it in small katori ,then give it with spoon. Try to give breast milk as long as 6 months. What is birth wt? Always prefer mother’s milk over formula milk. Otherwise there is no harm in giving formula milk.

Hi, Mere husband 1 day me 10 se cigarettes smoke karte hai kabhi kabhi 10se 12 bhi ho jati hai isse mere husband ko kya kya health problem ho sakti. Aur mai unhe kya home remedies dun jise unki health bhi aachi rhe aur dheere dheere smoke karna kam ho jaye.

You can use some of the suggestions listed below to help to quit smoking. However all success depends entirely on his motivation to want to give up. You can shae these suggestions with him too: You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged on. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check-up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact, these conditions can exist all through the day, unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heartbeat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact, it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chew gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. You could also join twitter2quit program and enjoy its success to give up smoking. These are the possible effects of cigarette smoking: Summary: (Source: Center for Disease Control and Prevention) •Cigarette smoking causes more than 480,000 deaths each year in the United States. This is nearly one in five deaths. •More than 10 times as many U.S. Citizens have died prematurely from cigarette smoking than have died in all the wars fought by the United States during its history. •Smoking causes about 90% (or 9 out of 10) of all lung cancer deaths in men and women. 1,2 More women die from lung cancer each year than from breast cancer. •About 80% (or 8 out of 10) of all deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are caused by smoking. •Cigarette smoking increases risk for death from all causes in men and women. •Smoking is estimated to increase the risk— oFor coronary heart disease by 2 to 4 times oFor stroke by 2 to 4 times oOf men developing lung cancer by 25 times •Of women developing lung cancer by 25.7 times •Smoking causes diminished overall health, increased absenteeism from work, and increased health care utilization and cost. •Smoking causes stroke and coronary heart disease. •Even people who smoke fewer than five cigarettes a day can have early signs of cardiovascular disease. •Smoking damages blood vessels and can make them thicken and grow narrower. This makes your heart beat faster and your blood pressure go up. Clots can also form. •Blockages caused by smoking can also reduce blood flow to your legs and skin. •Lung diseases caused by smoking include COPD, which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. •Cigarette smoking causes most cases of lung cancer. •If you have asthma, tobacco smoke can trigger an attack or make an attack worse. •Smokers are 12 to 13 times more likely to die from COPD than nonsmokers. Smoking can cause cancer almost anywhere in your body: •Bladder •Blood (acute myeloid leukemia) •Cervix •Colon and rectum (colorectal) •Esophagus •Kidney and ureter •Larynx •Liver •Oropharynx (includes parts of the throat, tongue, soft palate, and the tonsils) •Pancreas •Stomach •Trachea, bronchus, and lung •Smoking can make it harder for a woman to become pregnant and can affect her baby's health before and after birth. Smoking increases risks for: oPreterm (early) delivery oStillbirth (death of the baby before birth) oLow birth weight oSudden infant death syndrome (known as SIDS or crib death) oEctopic pregnancy oOrofacial clefts in infants •Smoking can also affect men's sperm, which can reduce fertility and also increase risks for birth defects and miscarriage. •Smoking can affect bone health. OWomen past childbearing years who smoke have weaker bones than women who never smoked, and are at greater risk for broken bones. •Smoking affects the health of your teeth and gums and can cause tooth loss. •Smoking can increase your risk for cataracts (clouding of the eye’s lens that makes it hard for you to see) and age-related macular degeneration (damage to a small spot near the center of the retina, the part of the eye needed for central vision). •Smoking is a cause of type 2 diabetes mellitus and can make it harder to control. The risk of developing diabetes is 30–40% higher for active smokers than nonsmokers. •Smoking causes general adverse effects on the body, including inflammation and decreased immune function. •Smoking is a cause of rheumatoid arthritis.

Fear and anxiety are part of life. You may feel anxious before you take a test or walk down a dark street. This kind of anxiety is useful - it can make you more alert or careful. It usually ends soon after you are out of the situation that caused it.   But for millions of people in the India, the anxiety does not go away, and gets worse over time. They may have chest pains or nightmares. They may even be afraid to leave home. These people have anxiety disorders. Treatment can involve medicines, therapy or both.  When you're feeling anxious or stressed, these strategies will help you cope: 1) EXERCISE: Jog, walk, bike, or dance three to five times a week for 30 minutes. Set small daily goals and aim for daily consistency rather than perfect workouts. It's better to walk every day for 15-20 minutes than to wait until the weekend for a three-hour fitness marathon. Lots of scientific data suggests that frequency is most important.  Find forms of exercise that are fun or enjoyable.   Extroverted people often like classes and group activities. People who are more introverted often prefer solo pursuits. Distract yourself with an iPod or other portable media player to download audiobooks, podcasts, or music. Many people find it’s more fun to exercise while listening to something they enjoy. MAKE A BUDDY: Recruit an “exercise buddy.” It's often easier to stick to your exercise routine when you have to stay committed to a friend, partner, or colleague. Be patient when you start a new exercise program. Most sedentary people require about four to eight weeks to feel coordinated and sufficiently in shape so that exercise feels easier. For the biggest benefits of exercise, try to include at least 2½ hours of moderate-intensity physical activity (e.g. Brisk walking) each week, 1¼ hours of a vigorous-intensity activity (such as jogging or swimming laps), or a combination of the two.  Regular exercise may help ease depression and anxiety by: Releasing feel-good endorphins, natural cannabis-like brain chemicals (endogenous cannabinoids) and other natural brain chemicals that can enhance your sense of well-being Taking your mind off worries so you can get away from the cycle of negative thoughts that feed depression and anxiety Regular exercise has many psychological and emotional benefits, too. It can help you: Gain confidence. Meeting exercise goals or challenges, even small ones, can boost your self-confidence. Getting in shape can also make you feel better about your appearance. Get more social interaction. Exercise and physical activity may give you the chance to meet or socialize with others. Just exchanging a friendly smile or greeting as you walk around your neighborhood can help your mood. Cope in a healthy way. Doing something positive to manage depression or anxiety is a healthy coping strategy. Trying to feel better by drinking alcohol, dwelling on how you feel, or hoping depression or anxiety will go away on its own can lead to worsening symptoms. Some research shows that physical activity such as regular walking — not just formal exercise programs — may help improve mood. Physical activity and exercise are not the same thing, but both are beneficial to your health.

It is a real dilemma as to what feed to give to the baby. If you have sufficient breast milk, the best option is to express the milk in small stainless steel dabbis or containers and keep it in the fridge. The milk may be warmed by putting the container in hot water. The care taker can then feed this to the baby while you are away. As the baby is already 5 months, you can plan to give early complementary feeds by way of mashed banana, vege or dal soup, or ready to use baby cereal (rice based). If not available, you can give one or two top feeds. You can do vigorous breast feeding once you come home. This way you can avoid giving excessive top feeds. All commercial milks are expensive and if cost is an issue, you can give standard dairy milk (undiluted and unsweetened) to the baby using Katori and Spoon.
