I am 35 years old I will not proper sleep and I have leg pain always in legs and sometimes cramp also.
Difficulty sleeping and leg pain, including cramps, can have various causes and may require different approaches for management. Here are some general suggestions that may help improve your sleep and alleviate leg pain: improve sleep hygiene: establish a regular sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Create a relaxing bedtime routine to signal to your body that it's time to wind down, which may include activities like reading, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation. Create a comfortable sleep environment: make sure your bedroom is conducive to sleep by keeping it dark, quiet, and cool. Invest in a comfortable mattress and pillows that support your body and promote proper alignment. Limit stimulants and electronics: avoid consuming caffeine or nicotine close to bedtime, as they can interfere with sleep. Additionally, limit exposure to electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers before bedtime, as the blue light emitted from these devices can disrupt your sleep-wake cycle. Manage stress: stress and anxiety can contribute to difficulty sleeping and exacerbate leg pain. Practice stress-reduction techniques such as mindfulness meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, or yoga to help calm your mind and relax your body before bedtime. Address leg pain and cramps: if you're experiencing frequent leg pain and cramps, it's essential to identify and address the underlying cause. Common causes of leg pain and cramps include muscle fatigue, dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, nerve compression, and certain medical conditions such as restless legs syndrome or peripheral artery disease. Consult with a healthcare professional to determine the cause of your leg pain and cramps and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Stay hydrated: drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration, which can contribute to muscle cramps. However, avoid consuming large amounts of fluids close to bedtime to minimize the need to wake up to urinate during the night. Stretch and exercise: gentle stretching exercises and regular physical activity, such as walking or swimming, can help improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and alleviate leg pain. However, avoid vigorous exercise close to bedtime, as it may interfere with your ability to fall asleep.

It is not uncommon for some women to experience pain and bleeding after sex, especially if the intercourse was vigorous or if there was insufficient lubrication. However, persistent pain, burning sensation, and bleeding should not be ignored as they could be indicative of an underlying medical issue. It is important to consult a gynecologist to determine the cause and receive appropriate treatment.

Pennis bend downward direction due to partial injury of penile suspensory ligament. It will go away its own or not?
Hello- peyronie's disease is characterized by an extreme curving of the erect penis caused by a hard, fibrous layer of scar tissue (plaque) that has developed under the skin. When the penis grows and hardens, the scar tissue pulls the affected area to an angle, causing an unnatural bend. The plaque that is formed by the thickened layers of penile soft tissue is non-cancerous, but this condition can be painful and make sexual intercourse quite difficult. There are a number of factors that can cause peyronie's disease. An injury to the penis caused by vigorous masturbation from a long time or aggressive sexual intercourse or from an accident may cause small tears in the tissue and ruptured blood vessels that bleed internally. There are no known firm measures in modern science except surgery that can be taken to prevent peyronie's disease. Surgical method has a high rate of recurrence and can cause unwelcome side effects, such as partial loss of erection (weak erection) or shortening of an erect penis (penis shrinkage). However, peyronie's disease can be completely cured and reversed by the help of ayurveda treatment, and it does not have any kind of recurrence too. Many potent herbs in ayurveda contain natural growth factors and phyto-molecules that are known to stimulate penile tissue repair and the rejuvenation process.

I understand your frustration and concern about the chronic painful bumps appearing on your tongue after singing, eating meat, or spicy food. While I can't diagnose your specific condition or offer medical advice, I can provide some information and suggestions that might be helpful: possible causes of your symptoms: transient lingual papillitis: this is a common condition that causes small, red bumps to appear on the tongue. It's often called "lie bumps" and is thought to be caused by irritation from hot, spicy foods, acidic drinks, or even vigorous oral hygiene practices. It usually resolves on its own within a few days. Glossitis: this is inflammation of the tongue that can cause bumps, pain, and burning sensations. It can be caused by various factors, including infections, nutritional deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, or side effects of medication. Tongue cancer: while less common, it's important to rule out the possibility of cancer, especially if the bumps don't resolve on their own, bleed easily, or are accompanied by other symptoms like hoarseness, weight loss, or difficulty swallowing. Based on your description, transient lingual papillitis seems like a possible cause. However, it's important to seek an accurate diagnosis from a qualified healthcare professional, preferably an ent specialist or dentist with experience in oral conditions. In the meantime, here are some things you can try: practice good oral hygiene: brush your teeth twice a day and floss once a day. Use a gentle toothbrush and avoid harsh mouthwashes. Rinse your mouth with warm salt water several times a day: this can help soothe irritation and promote healing. Avoid irritants: this includes hot, spicy, acidic foods, and alcohol. You might also want to avoid tobacco products. Stay hydrated: drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your mouth moist. Consider using over-the-counter pain relievers: ibuprofen or acetaminophen might help temporarily manage the pain. Remember: don't ignore persistent or worsening symptoms. Seek medical attention if the bumps don't improve within a few days, become larger or more painful, bleed easily, or are accompanied by other concerning symptoms. Focus on gentle care for your tongue. Avoid any further irritation through aggressive brushing or scraping. Document your symptoms and triggers: this information can be helpful for your doctor in making an accurate diagnosis. I hope this information is helpful and provides some direction as you seek appropriate medical care. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
