Hi yes it is common to bleed after miscarriage but I should not bleed maximum a month. Hello! If the bleeding is very severe take Inj Tranexa 1 g right away. If not Tab Trapic with ethamsylate 2 tablets three times a day is the maximum dose. You can take upto 5 days and slowly taper and decrease the dose as per your bleeding. Do check your hemoglobin levels if this is happening constantly and make sure you do not have any contraindications to taking trapic that is conditions which increase risk of clotting. Trapic is for excessive bleeding. If you r still facing problem, start homeopathy. It is very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results.
It usually happens with mirena during initial 6 mth but usually menses stops at all after 6 months which resumes again when mirena is removed. So have patience or get it removed if it's very much troublesome.

These tablets don't have as such side effects for which you have to panic until unless you have any uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, heart disease or family history of endometrial cancer.
