To be pregnant your periods should be regular you can take sulphur 200 once in a day for 4 days nux vom 6c 3 times in a day for 7 days sepia 6c 3 times in a day for 1 week inform me later.

My partner and I had sex without a condom. It has been close to 72 hours. I am looking at taking an i-pill (Due to lack of availability, could not take it earlier). However, I'm suffering from severe chest congestion, cold and fever at the moment. Needed to know if I could still go ahead taking the pill or it would worsen my health.

Kindly suggest the best practice and right shampoo for my daily use. Second, My wife hair fall issue, after having two kids 4 years old and 1.5 years old, she got severe hair fall issue since 1st pregnancy. Till now it's not stopped. I would suggest you Sitz bath: take hot water in a tub and add betadine solution, cover your anal area and sit for 15-20 minutes twice a day if possible thrice a day. It will reduce bleeding and helpful for healing. Wash the anal area with mild soap, pat dry and apply the Lignocaine jelly after bowel movement and at bedtime. Liquid cremaffin plus 2 tsp twice a day. You should prevent constipation by eating healthy food, which contains fiber. Avoid spicy, fatty, heavy meals and meat. Avoid smoking if you smoke. If your symptoms persist, I would suggest you visit a general surgeon for clinical and physical examination to know about degree of hemorrhoids. Treatment (medical or surgical) can be decided by surgeon. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries, I will be happy to help you. Thank you.

I'm not a smoker. But passive smoker. How it effects? I have smoke and dust allergies.

There are two types of passive smoking as it is called: the side-stream smoke and the second hand smoke. The former is the smoke that emanates from a burning cigarette and is not filtered as it comes directly from an idly held cigarette when a smoker holds his cigarette waiting to take the next puff. The second hand smoke is not only filtered but has gone through the respiratory system and is exhaled after much of the substances are absorbed by the smoker. It is still very harmful to the non-smoker. Tobacco smoke inside a room tends to hang in mid-air rather than disperse. Hot smoke rises, but tobacco smoke cools rapidly, which stops its upward climb. Since the smoke is heavier than the air, the smoke starts to descend. Tobacco smoke contains around 7,000 chemicals, made up of particles and gases, over 50 of which are known to cause cancer. Second-hand smoke has been confirmed as a cause of lung cancer in humans by several leading health authorities. Compounds such as ammonia, sulphur and formaldehyde irritate the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. These compounds are especially harmful to people with respiratory conditions such as bronchitis or asthma. Exposure to second-hand smoke can either trigger or worsen symptoms. Pregnant women and unborn babies: Australian data indicates that about 12 per cent of women smoke during pregnancy. Both smoking and passive smoking can seriously affect the developing fetus: miscarriage and stillbirth, premature birth and low birth weight, sudden unexpected death in infants (SUDI), which includes sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and fatal sleep accidents, complications during birth. A non-smoking pregnant woman is more likely to give birth earlier, and to a baby with a slightly lower birth weight if she is exposed to second-hand smoke in the home – for example, if her partner smokes. Children: Children are especially vulnerable to the damaging effects of second-hand smoke: Passive smoking is a cause of sudden unexpected death in infants (SUDI), which includes sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and fatal sleep accidents. A child who lives in a smoking household for the first 18 months of their life has an increased risk of developing a range of respiratory illnesses, including bronchitis, bronchiolitis and pneumonia. They are also more prone to getting colds, coughs and glue ear (middle ear infections). Their lungs show a reduced ability to function and slower growth. A child is more likely to develop asthma symptoms, have more asthma attacks and use asthma medications more often and for a longer period. School-aged children of people who smoke are more likely to have symptoms such as cough, phlegm, wheeze and breathlessness. Children of people who smoke have an increased risk of meningococcal disease, which can sometimes cause death or disability. Partners: People who have never smoked who live with people who do smoke are at increased risk: Passive smoking increases the risk of heart disease. There is consistent evidence that people who do not smoke, who live in a smoky household, have higher risks of coronary heart disease than those who do not. Passive smoking makes the blood more ‘sticky’ and likely to clot, thereby leading to increased risk of various health conditions, including heart attack and stroke. There is evidence that passive smoking is associated with lower levels of antioxidant vitamins in the blood. Just 30 minutes of exposure to second-hand smoke can affect how your blood vessels regulate blood flow, to a similar degree to that seen in people who smoke. Long-term exposure to passive smoking may lead to the development of atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries). People who do not smoke who suffer long-term exposure to second-hand smoke have a 20 to 30 per cent higher risk of developing lung cancer. There is increasing evidence that passive smoking can increase the risk of stroke, nasal sinus cancer, throat cancer, breast cancer, long- and short-term respiratory symptoms, loss of lung function, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease among people who do not smoke.

Pregnancy me stomach pain hota h (due to foods or urinary infection) Us pain ko kaise Kum kra ja skta h.
Some short-term achiness in your belly is normal during pregnancy, and you can experience different sensations in different trimesters. Here are some common causes: 1. Implantation Many women feel menstrual-like pain or cramps for a day or so early in pregnancy. This usually happens when the embryo is embedding itself in the uterine lining. 2. Stretching ligaments In the second trimester, the muscles and ligaments that support the uterus stretch, causing a dull ache across the belly or a sharp pain on one side. Many women feel this pain most when getting up from a bed, chair, or bathtub, or while coughing. 3. False labor In the second and third trimesters, you may feel contractions or an irregular tightening of your uterine muscles, often called Braxton-Hicks contractions or false labor. These are usually painless and tend to increase in the weeks leading up to your due date. It’s probably false labor if the contractions stop when you walk, are irregular, and don’t get more intense or rapid over time. 4. Cramping In the last weeks of pregnancy, cramping that feels like a backache or menstrual cramps may be a sign that labor is imminent. 5. Normal pains Normal abdominal pain may be the result of gas and bloating from the hormones that slow down digestion, pressure from your growing uterus, constipation, or heartburn. Changing positions, walking, or moderate exercise (such as housework) may help ease gas pains. Relief from abdominal aches When you feel abdominal achiness: Sit down, put your feet up, and relax. Resting comfortably should relieve your symptoms. A hot water bottle or heating pad (on the lowest setting) might help. Drink lots of liquids to stay hydrated. When you do feel a pain, bend towards the pain to relieve it. Homeopathy For Stomach Ailments: Flatulence and constipation are also usual conditions that pregnant women have to face. Here are some homeopathy remedies for them: Chelidonium: It is advised for constipation and dark stool. Magnesium Phosphoricum: Apart from treating pain in stomach, relaxes muscles and cures cramps in other body parts too. Lycopodium: It is prescribed when you feel bloated after meals. Phosphorus: It will help when you are feeling pale and weak, as well as constipated. Sulphur: It is great for women having liver problems and loose stool. Carbo Veg: It is recommended when there is a sharp pain in stomach, along with acidity or flatulence. Apart from these remedies, homeopathy is also successful in curing swelling in body, weakness and varicose veins. It works especially well for treating psychological conditions like mood swings, irritability and wanting to be left alone.
