Dear Lybrate user Stop using skinlite cream as this contains a very strong steroid which will damage your skin permanently and will also worsen your acne and make them difficult to treat. You need to consult a qualified MD dermatologist for the same as you need to be weaned off the steroid gradually and start your treatment for acne.

Though initial effects with the cream are good but prolonged use may lead to thin dry skin with visible thread veins, acne, red irritated skin.
