Propysalic Nf Ointment used for

Hi, i'm 23 years old female. I've been suffering form psoriasis since 13 yrs. I had scaling just over 6 spots (circular in shape) on my legs & scaling on my scalp only during winter. I've been taking ayurvedic medicine (external application & blood purifier syrup) which gave me great results. But 5 years back i've started consulting a dermatologist because I couldn't continue the ayurvedic medicine as i've moved to another place. The dermatologist suggested me propysalic nf6 for skin & onabet sd for scalp, it reduced scaling but I had scaling at new spots. I was asked to continue applying the ointment. But i've started to feel pain at the spots when I touched it hard. My skin became delicate & it looked as it was burnt. The dermatologist told to stop using propysalic nf6 & suggested tacrovera 0.03% 4 months back. My skin didn't turn back to its normal form. Still it looks like fire burnt scar. Dr. Prescribed scar end ointment but still no improvement. Do I have any remedy for my problem? Only those spots were I applied propysalic nf6 looks bad. I never mind having psoriasis because it's under control but the scar left by the ointment is depressing me. I don't have any problem with the other spots were I didn't apply propysalic nf6 because it looks normal (scaling stops & turns back to normal skin. So, pls suggest me some treatment for my problem. Thanks in advance.

U can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis 1. Prevent dry skin use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts. Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming. 2. Avoid fragrances most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis. 3. Eat healthfully diet may play a role in managing psoriasis. Eliminating red meat and fatty snacks may help reduce flare-ups triggered by such foods. Cold water fish, seeds, nuts, and omega-3 fatty acids are known for their ability to reduce inflammation. 4. Soak your body hot water may be an irritant for your skin. However, a lukewarm bath can soothe the itching and infiltrate scales and plaques. Moisturize immediately after your bath for double benefits. 5. Reduce stress any chronic condition like psoriasis can be a source of stress. This can often turn into a vicious cycle because stress itself can worsen psoriasis symptoms. In addition to reducing stress whenever possible, consider incorporating stress-reducing practices such as yoga and meditation. 6. Avoid alcohol alcohol is a trigger for many people who have psoriasis. 7. Stop smoking avoid tobacco it can make your symptoms more severe. For this homeopathic treatment is very effective for more details you can consult me.

Psoriasis cannot be cured, but it can be managed very well with medications. Occasional use of propysalic will not help you. You need a proper course of treatment with a dermatologist, and you need to follow up with them as well. Please do direct online consultation with photos if you need to.

I hope both the medicines have been prescribed by a dermatologist. Yes you can use. I usually advise it otherwise, moisturiser first followed by propysalic cream.

Hi ! Psoriasis is an auto immune inflammatory skin disorder with relapses and remissions.BP ,SUGAR AND THYROID ARE FEW AUTO IMMUNE DISEASES. PSORIASIS IS ALSO ONE SUCH DISEASE. Regular maintaininance with balanced diet and active stress free life style is important. Neither Allopathy nor Ayurvedic or homeopathic can cure psoriasis . Take balanced diet and include plenty of fruits, vegetables and omega rich foods like flax seeds , Salmon, sardines, and other fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Treatment depends on multiple factors like pt age, co morbid conditions, response to treatment etc . Use moisturizer as frequently as you can to prevent the scales shedding too much . Soap always select a cleansing lotion , to prevent dryness. Dont use propysalic NF6 too much as it can cause rebound flare .

Good afternoon. Psoriasis is a chronic condition characterised by flares and remissions. The medicine you mentioned is indeed used for psoriasis. - if you are using it without the permission or under supervision of your treating dermatologist, kindly refrain from doing so. - if you have been prescribed the same for psoriasis of the genital areas, follow your treating dermatologist's instructions to the letter with regular follow ups - for the very simple fact that he/she has seen the lesions and I have not. - creams for psoriasis are prescribed based on many factors - including thickness, redness, itchiness, and body part affected. - if you still are not comfortable applying it over the genital areas, there are other non steroid based creams that can be used instead, though efficacy may vary among them.

If its fungal infection- Wash the affected skin two to three times a day. Keep the affected area dry. Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear. Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents. Wash your workout clothes, underwear, socks, and towels after each use. Keep your affected area, inner thighs, and buttocks clean and dry, especially after you exercise and shower. After showering or bathing, dry the irritated affected area by gently patting it with a towel. Be sure to dry your skin thoroughly. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in two cups of warm water. Wash the infected area with this solution and allow it to dry on its own. Another option is to apply a mixture of equal parts of white vinegar and coconut oil on the affected skin. Like hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol can help kill off the fungus that's on the surface level of the skin. You can apply it directly to the affected area Listerine: It has antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial properties, which help treat skin problem Here are some tips to help you manage the infection: Avoid using oily skin products. Reduce your exposure to the sun. Exposure to the sun may trigger or worsen an episode, Do not wear tight clothing. Wear breathable fabrics, such as cotton, to decrease sweating.
