Nor-Tz Tablet used for

I was suffering from constipation from 4 days after that take two tablets dulcolax 5 mg at night after dinner on 4th day on next day I passed little stool then after that I had my breakfast 2 prantha with curd and chana sabji, in same day after 2 hours I ate chicken biryani, idli and nachos with cold drink and iced tea but after 2-3 hours I feel like loose motion and remained continuously on next day means today then I take loose motion medicine nflox tz and lactospore ds n feeling constipation. What should I do now?

Patience is very important. Diet which you mentioned is not at all recommended for relieving constipation, there should be good amount of fiber intake & adequate water intake. You need to change your eating habits.

I am suffering from loose motion from last one month it get cure but after having breakfast it start again took metrogyl 400, norflox tz ,zenflox oz and today sequential took.

I am having semi solid motions 2-3 times a day and stomach ache after I eat with an urge to pass motion, since the last one month or so. I took norflox tz (bd) for 5 days, and then rifagut 400 (bd) for 15 days with colospa and crizon (pre / probiotic) without any relief. I am travelling overseas now. Please help.

Take these medications: your symptoms fit into spectrum of irritable bowel syndrome 1. Econorm sachet three times daily for next 7 days 2. Tab amitryptyline 50 mg at bedtime 3. Avoid milk/milk products for the time being. You can have more curd in your diet though. 4. Tab normaxin twice daily for next 7 days. Then onwards if symptoms persist you will need detailed evaluation 1. Stool routine 2. Stool for ova/cyst 3. Other blood test.

Hi, lybrate user , Black stool derives serious consequences , need to be interrogated ,locally. You should take ,plenty of water to hydrate your body . your diet be easily digestible on time. Most likely cause is constipation due to poor mobility. Try husk based laxative at night for 2 - 3 days and sos.
