I advice you to take antibiotics for twice a day for three days.. then the infections and pain would have reduced a little.. take an xray and check the condition of teeth.. mostly restoration is done for dental caries.. the medications will give Only temporary relief..because the pain and discomforts will reduce after medicines. but the infections will reoccur and spread more leading to root canal treatment.. consult me for further details.. thank you.

You can see dolo is paracetamol but the dose is important. Paracetamol can be taken in 500 mg too. And other doses. But do try to have gap of atleast 6 hours between two pcm doses.
