Metrogyl 200 MG Tablet For Bacterial Infections

Chronic prostatitis - seeking advise tldr: i'm diagnosed with chronic prostatitis. It seems to be chronic bacterial prostatitis. Seeking advise on sexual health, managing symptoms, recovery etc. If you don't wish to read my long post please go to "my concerns" section at the the bottom of this post to read my query. Thanks you. I'm a 30 year old single male. Last december, I was diagnosed with uti having severe e.coli infection in my bladder. It all started with a chill & fever for a couple of days. Then suddenly one day I had excruciating pain in my groin area, along with severe pain while urination. I was under 2 weeks of antibodies (niftas). Post treatment the pain had entirely gone however I was left with some discomfort while urination. After a month, discomfort/pain started to get a little intense. I consulted the urologist again, urin culture came normal. Doctor suggested cystoscopy or mri scan to rule out prostatitis. Did mri, result said chronic prostatitis. Impression section on the report said "diffusely t2wi hypointense peripheral zone with no diffusion restriction and homogeneous contract enhancement - pirads 2 - could represent chronic prostatitis. No focal lesions or collections" I was under a month of antibiotics treatment (namely of 200, doxyildr, metrogyl 180, trydic plus, veltam .4). Things felt better. My symptoms got mild. However last month, I had unprotected oral sex and sex with condom. 2 days later I felt major discomfort in my groin area (burning sensation). Urin culture showed bacteria presence (culture yielded significant growth of e.coli >1,00,000 cfu/ml). Again I had to undergo antibiotics medication (niftas) along with cranpac-d. Presently my symptoms are mild. I don't get any pain while urination or otherwise. When I need to urinate, I feel a kind of sensation which I don't know how to describe. While urinating I feel as if something is stuck inside my penis. I feel similar sensations during ejaculation. My concerns - my parents are not aware about my above health issues (chronic prostatitis) and they have started looking for my marriage. There are few things bothering me and I seek for advise in this forum. 1) it's been 8 months since I got the very 1st instance of uti, I got it again last month. I am afraid whether it is going to be a case of recurring uti. The second time clearly seems to be the result of the sexual encounter I had. Does prostatitis cause recurring uti? 2) will I have a healthy sex life with my would-be partner? Will I be giving infection to my partner? What will be my partner's risks in terms of her health? My doctor told me to always use condom while having sex. But in a marriage, one can't always be using protection while sex. 3) will I have healthy kids? Will there be any child birth complications? 4) how long will it take for prostatitis to get cured? Any suggestions on lifestyle changes etc? Thank you again.

Hello- balanitis is inflammation typically caused by infections or chronic skin conditions. Improper hygiene can contribute to skin irritation. Both inadequate cleansing and too much cleansing can add to this problem. The condition is often caused by an overgrowth of either bacteria or yeast. Neither homeopathy nor allopathy has a permanent cure for balanitis. Better switch to ayurveda.

Your loose stools for more than a month. This is due to digestive disorder and intestinal problems. Very effective treatment is available in homoeopathy for this chronic problem. Many Lybrate users are taking homeopathic treatment for this. Homeopathic treatment is painless and safe. No side effects. You need comprehensive treatment and it takes some time. Please start taking homeopathic medicine, preliminary dose Arsenicum album 200-once daily in the morning for 5 days. Sir rifagut is an antibiotic (it will selectively kill the infection in your gut) and vyzilac is a probiotic which will help in growth of good bacteria in your gut required for digestion, assimilation of your food. Kindly take both medicines twice daily for duration you were prescribed by your physician. And regarding covid vaccine 2nd dose be assured you are safe. You will not land up with serious covid infection in future. In case you observe any mild symptom like fever, breathlessness etc, consult any physician.

1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increasing the fibre in your diet is known to be as effective as injections for preventing further problems 3. Increasing your fluid intake which can help prevent further problems with haemorrhoids 4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do to prevent the problem coming back. If the fibre content of your diet is not sufficient to keep your stools soft, then a fibre supplement can help. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Curd is good for u. 7. Yes she is probably suffering from antibiotic-induced diarrhea. This happens because the antibiotics kill the good bacteria along with disease causing ones. She needs probiotics to replenish the loss. For prescription, you can contact me with a paid consult.
