Both have hydroquinone as ingredient & this should not use for more then 1 month, otherwise this will cause more severe darkness (exogenous ochronosis ). Stop using it. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Melalite forte contain hydroquinone 4 percent which is a skin lightening agent (prescribed mostly in cases of melasma) but erythema is a side effect of this drug .for that reason low potent steroid is usually used as a combination formula to counteract erythema. Triple combination cream or hydroquinone is usually prescribed for 3 wks. This is not safe for long term. You can use this max 1 month. This will cause dark spots that will be extremely difficult to treat by usual treatment.
