Hi lybrate-user. In addition to medicines, addressing what's keeping you awake and making you anxious might be more helpful. I practice cbt and use various relaxation techniques to help with sleep, overthinking and anxiety. Setting a pre-bed routine and getting some physical activity can help you. Switching off your devices an hour before can be beneficial as well.

There is an association between anal fissures and stress. Chronic anal fissure can lead to long term stress. This is true the other way round as well. Chronic stress can lead a person to often ignore his water intake, appetite and sleep which can lead to an anal fissure. If you have developed fissures, you should definitely consult a surgeon. And ensure a healthy, active lifestyle. If your anxiety is not being managed by the medication, you should follow up with your psychiatrist.

You are being treated for depression and anxiety. You need to improve your sleep for sure. Sleep for less than 6 hours can induce various disorders both directly and indirectly. You may also suffer from hysteria and can give yourself all kinds of disorders like you describe. I suggest that you seek the help of a counselor too and work on your emotions, especially anger and fear. These may have childhood influences and it is best to work these out with a therapist. These complications will continue if you do not combine medication with counseling.

Hello you shouldn’t be starting all medications at once. They all have essentially similar action and shouldn’t be taken all together. Please consult a psychiatrist and let them decide what to do about the medication hope this helps.
