Krimson 35 itself will protect against pregnancy if taken regularly without missing dosage. Unwanted-72 also if taken within 72 hours of intercourse will prevent pregnancy. In rare cases, pregnancy can still occur inspite of contraception. So if your period is delayed, take a pregnancy test.

If these many doses are missed the protection is gone. You should have taken Ipill immediately. Now there is no option but wait for periods.

Please answer urgent! is it normal to have thick dark red bleeding after being one month on yasmin ocp? On first day a thick fleshy mass came out. When I went fod tvs they found nothing. Beta hcg is less than 0.2? Is there any chance of pregnancy or miscarriage? I was sexually active last on 8th january and I was having yasmin from 20th march. Tvs reports showed no signs of ectopic pregnancy.

Please leave a positive review, if you have found my answer helpful. Consult me on Lybrate or whatsapp for proper diagnosis and treatment. My consultation fee is just 50 rs. My whatsapp number is mobile. It is not uncommon to experience changes in bleeding patterns when starting or switching to a new oral contraceptive pill. Thick dark red bleeding and passing a fleshy mass may be due to hormonal changes from the pill. It is unlikely that you are pregnant if your last sexual activity was on 8th january and your beta hcg levels are less than 0.2. However, if you continue to experience heavy bleeding or any other concerning symptoms, it is best to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

Maam you have pcod. The irregular bleeding is an symptom of pcod. Please don’t worry about pregnancy. There are hardly any chance of you getting pregnant as you have had protected sex and an emergency contraceptive.

You need to wait till 27th march atleast for periods to begin. There is no point in getting worried because you have already taken the precaution with ipill. My suggestion is that you relax and wait for periods to come. If it does not come even a week after 29th march then do a urine pregnancy test and proceed as per need.
