I appreciate your detailed description of the evolving skin condition following a mosquito bite. Considering the complexity of skin issues, it's vital to explore various diagnostic possibilities for a comprehensive understanding. 1. Tinea fungal infection (as recently diagnosed): - description: fungal infections, specifically tinea, often manifest with persistent itching and skin alterations caused by dermatophytes. - treatment: eberconazole, an antifungal agent, is a common prescription; however, responses may differ among individuals. 2. Herpes zoster (initially suggested by a physician): - description: herpes zoster, caused by the varicella-zoster virus, typically presents with painful blisters and may follow nerve pathways. - treatment: antiviral medications are standard, though steroid use can complicate the course and necessitate cautious management. Given the lingering symptoms, adverse reactions to amorolfine cream, and potential exacerbation of the infection, reevaluation of the diagnosis and treatment plan is imperative. Promptly communicate your concerns to your healthcare provider for a more nuanced approach. They may explore alternative antifungal medications or conduct additional tests to ensure precise diagnosis and effective management. In the interim, maintaining proper hygiene, ensuring the affected area remains clean and dry, and refraining from scratching are general measures that can contribute to overall skin health. Always adhere to your healthcare provider's guidance for the most tailored and efficacious management of your specific skin condition.

Wash the affected skin two to three times a day. Keep the affected area dry.Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear. Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents. Wash your workout clothes, underwear, socks, and towels after each use. Keep your affected area, inner thighs, and buttocks clean and dry, especially after you exercise and shower. After showering or bathing, dry the irritated affected area by gently patting it with a towel. Be sure to dry your skin thoroughly. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in two cups of warm water. Wash the infected area with this solution and allow it to dry on its own. Another option is to apply a mixture of equal parts of white vinegar and coconut oil on the affected skin. Like hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol can help kill off the fungus that's on the surface level of the skin. You can apply it directly to the affected area listerine: it has antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial properties, which help treat skin problem here are some tips to help you manage the infection:avoid using oily skin products.Reduce your exposure to the sun. Exposure to the sun may trigger or worsen an episode, do not wear tight clothing. Wear breathable fabrics, such as cotton, to decrease sweating. For this homeopathic treatment is very effective for more details you can consult me.

You can start eberconazole cream twice daily for local application and an antihistamine like levocetrizine or desloratidine. But oral anti-fungal is also needed in your case for which I need to see the extent of involvement and also need to run a few investigations as you have recurrent tinea. So a personal query with detailed medical history is needed. Hope that helps.

it depends on the severity..Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity.. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it..As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment..So, please send photos of the affected area by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Fungal infections on skin are the most common of all and are effectively treated with homeopathy. I advise you to stop allopathic treatment as it gives temporary results only with lots of side effects, it will recur once you stop medicines and homeopathic treatment cures it from roots without side effects. no chance of recurrence. you can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.
