Hello, If breast feeding is good then, why should give formula feeds! If the baby spits very little amount and without any foul smell, then it's normal. If it is foul smelling and more of the quantity then you can give domstal baby drops with advice of paediatrician.

Domstal drops are certainly not suggested. All babies regurgitate feeds and holding the baby upright, frquent burping and putting the baby on her side while lying down will do the trick.

Occasional vomiting is common til 6 months because of weakness of food pipe. If it is associated with weight loss then it needs treatment.
