You have not addressed any doctor in particular but domstal / ondem is a good tablet for controlling vomiting. After taking domstal orally she should wait for 30 mins before eating or drinking.

If you don't have enough milk, take protein rich diet like milk product mungfali soyabin dal chana besan etc. Metoclopramide would be better instead of domperidone for few days only. Some ayurvedic preparation like milkmuch / lactare granules with milk may help. Above all let the child suck breast whenever he is hungry usually 2 to 2.5 hr. Your will to give breast feed to the child and sucking by child is the best stimulus for milk production. Keep in mind that breast milk is best milk for your child.

Hello Disha, Most of the babies bring out some milk after feeding due to aerophagia & gastroesophageal reflux, sonits actually a regurgitation & not vomitting. babies bring out some milk from the corner of their mouth, sometimes its curdled due to stomach acid. it doesnt require medication, as long as babay is feeding well, gaining weight, passing adequate urine. You can try feeding baby every 2-3 hour, baby bshould be burped properly & keep the baby in head up position by keeping a small roll of towel under baby's shoulder.

This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms. Do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 12. If its very severe then elevate your bed raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach. This is for long term results but for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines. For that I need more details, you can consult me.

Domstal baby oral drops is used in the treatment of indigestion, nausea, and vomiting. It increases the movement of food through the stomach and intestines, thereby relieving bloating, fullness, and gastric discomfort. So do not give regularly give when problem occurs.

Dear lybrate-user, since you report that your dad's nasal symptoms happen at night, and since they have only started 3 months ago, it is more likely to be due to a physiological cause rather than an anatomical/ structural cause. A detailed history and examination with any necessary relevant investigations will help arrive at the right diagnosis and it can then be appropriately treated. Night time symptoms are more likely from either dust mite allergy or reflux problems and are fairly easily managed.
