Hello yes aldijesic have aceclofenac. It is not recommended for use during breast-feeding unless considered very essential by your doctor.
Instead, take crocin 500 mg, two times a day, or whenever you have pain.
Also, visit the dentist. Because until n unless your tooth is not opened the pain will not subside.
Though medication will help in pain relief but not for a very long time.
1. No need to panic 2. Use symptomatic treatment of fever with paracetamol syrup and tepid sponging for high fevers
3. Use zinc syrup 20 mg/5 ml once daily 4. Use buckwheat honey / vicks vaporub for symptomatic relief.
You can continue with crocin drops for fever. Normally viral fever in children subsides by day 4. Till that you can continue the drops if fever is present, if there is any warning signs like not feeding well, less active than usual, has some breathing difficulty then take her for consultation immediately. If any of the family members have any symptoms of covid or similar symptoms, covid can be suspected and they should isolate themselves away from the child.

If fever remains inspite of crocin drops 1 ml 3-4 times a day. Feeds of breast milk and water for more than 2 days. Contact your child specialist. Cold sponging for high fever.
Give her crocin 6 hrly and give her a sponge bath with normal water. Remember the water should not be cold. And continue breastfeeding her. She will get better.
Lactate and domstal increase breast milk but will not cause these symptoms. She could be having some subclinical viral infection or she could be dehydrated due to increased milk production. Ask her to increase intake of liquids like coconut water, water, milk and juices. She can also take crocin (if she is not allergic to it) for bodyache or muscle pain and rest.
You can take tab chymoral plus (contains diclofenac) for pain if you are not allergic to this salt.
As soon as there is bit relaxation, kindly consult your doctor and get ultrasound done.
Hi , the situation is tense, really appreciate that you going outside only in dire need. Now coming to your child, is she showing any other symptoms apart from fever, any cold/cough/bodyache/feeding difficulties/sleep appetite/bowel-bladder habits? As you have already said that she had fever, giving paracetamol is appropriate. What is her weight, because the dosage is based on it? Azithromycin is not suggested unless there is cold & cough associated, we give that for respiratory tract bacterial infection. Lab investigation is needed to rule out dengue or other differentials. Please note, dengue commonly presents with associated bodyache-vomiting; the primary management for most viral illness is body fluid maintenance, so try for that.
General advice: warm cloth compress over forehead, improve diet.
If the conditions doesn't improve do take her to nearby care.
For better discussion place a direct call/chat. Take care.
Cricinfo contain paracetamol which just reduces body temperature for few hours and not a solution of fever.
If you won't take right treatment then it will not help.
