Cosvate gm is a steroid combination with antibiotic. It is better to stop. Please take guidance of a dermatologist for this. It is likely that the face skin is now addicted to this cream and if you try to stop you will get side effects initially. Still it is better to stop. Long term steroids will lead to loss of tissue under the skin.

Strictly avoid application of cosvate gm in that area, it is a very strong steroid and would damage the skin. Apply some good moisturizing cream daily and wear comfortable cotton fabric clothes.

Cosvate gm can be used but please consult specialist before you start using it as everybody has different skin type and type of vitiligo. So treatment should be started accordingly to get better result.

They go away on application of cosvate g skin cream (clobetasol propionate with gentamycin), and again reappear after few days please advise correct antibiotic skin cream to permanently eradicate the problem, and any medication to be taken orally.
