Xanthelasma is a type of cholesterol deposit that can appear as yellowish patches or bumps around the eyes. It's important to note that xanthelasma can be an indicator of high cholesterol levels in the blood, so it's important to have your cholesterol levels checked by a healthcare professional. While there are no proven home remedies for xanthelasma, some people have reported success with natural remedies such as garlic, apple cider vinegar, and castor oil. However, it's important to remember that natural remedies are not a substitute for medical treatment, and there is no guarantee that they will be effective for everyone. If you are concerned about the appearance of your xanthelasma, I recommend consulting with a dermatologist or a healthcare professional. They can recommend the best treatment plan for your specific case. Treatment options may include prescription creams or ointments, chemical peels, or laser therapy. It's important to address the underlying cause of xanthelasma by managing any underlying cholesterol or lipid disorders. This may involve making lifestyle changes such as adopting a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and quitting smoking. In conclusion, while natural remedies may provide some relief for xanthelasma, they are not a substitute for medical treatment. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to determine the best treatment plan for your specific case, and addressing any underlying cholesterol or lipid disorders. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns. Feel free to consult me regarding this. Message me on whatsapp +mobile. My consultation fee is only rs. 50! take care. Wish you health.

Hello lybrate-user! there are many reasons for hair fall. Genetics is one of the major reasons. Others are 3-4 months post illness, nutritional deficiency, scalp infections, stress, chemical treatments, use of dryer etc. There are many treatments for hair loss like prp, mesotherapy and low level laser for which you need to consult a trichologist. Keep your scalp clean and dry by using mild gentle shampoo. Hydrate yourself. Have a protein rich diet. Include soya, nuts and fruits. Protect your hair from excessive exposure to harsh sunlight by wearing a cap. You can apply castor and almond oil by mixing it before going to bed and wash it next morning, twice a week. These small hair care tips will definitely help you but it will take time. Do not discontinue the medicine. It takes time to get result. Sometimes even six months.

The problem you are facing might be a side effect of finasteride so consult a urologist. For hair fall there are medicine which you can apply on your scalp which come in the form of foam/ spray. Other treatments like prp, mesotherapy and low level laser light are given depending on the extent of hair loss for which you have to consult with a trichologist. Hello lybrate-user! a healthy scalp is one of the factor for hair health. Dry scalp is one of the reasons for dandruff. Other reason is yeast which naturally lives in hair follicle, when it multiplies it causes desquamation resulting dandruff. Regular washing of hair with shampoo will gradually reduce dandruff. Use anti dandruff shampoo twice a week and other days use a mild scalp cleanser. Tea tree oil contain anti fungal properties. If added to your shampoo it soothes scalp. Apply almond oil with castor oil at bed time and wash it off next morning. It will reduce dryness of scalp. Have a well balanced nutritious diet. Include nuts and fruits in your diet and have a plenty of water. Visit a trichologist for further assessment.
