I am a 29 years old female. I was diagnosed with having major growth of candidiasis and moderate growth of staphylococcus last year. Took the required treatment but I am noticing that my monthly flow is not flowing well. It is scanty. I noticed fluid coming out from my left breast. Please what can I do?

Hi, scanty flow and fluid from breast may be due to other cause not due to candida infection, we have to do some blood test to find out about the cause and treat accordingly. Take care.

Hi doctor, my kid is 6 months old, from two months he has perianal rash due to motions acidic nature and lactose intolerance. Eventually it will cure in few days and he will become normal once we stop mother milk and use zerolac milk. Once rash reduces slowly we will introduce mother milk. Now, from one week we are observing small pus filled sacs in perianal area and skin is bumpy there. Baby is crying very badly and eventually that pus (white) filled sacs will burst and turning out to a rash again. Not sure what's happening and what is the reason for this white filled small sacs around perianal area, kindly help with your valuable inputs doctor please. Many thanks in advance.

I think your baby has candidal diaper dermatitis use candid b lotion apply locally 4 times daily. Avoid nappies. Keep the area exposed. Give z n d drops 10 drops twice daily fir 14 days. N enterogermina 1 bottle once daily for 7 days.

I read about it and learnt that lean women are not good candidates for the procedure since it requires fat from the same body. I'm normally skinny and interested in the procedure, would it be possible for me? I'm not interested in the implants at all. Hi Sir, I have a burning tongue since last month. I think it started when I had a sexual encounter with a woman. I did engage in oral sex, but when I sucked on her breasts first time itself I felt a different taste. The tongue didn't really feel bad at first, however, after 2 days it started burning. The sensation is exactly like drinking boiling water and scalding your tongue. Except I didn't drink any hot liquid and my tongue feels scalded for last one month. I showed this to a doctor who told seems to be a fungal infection and gave me candid mouth pain and vit b complex and pantoprazole. I did have cottony feel on my tongue but slowly that went away. My blood results were all fine escp the infectious virology like hiv I and ii, hbsag, hcv and syphilis. I do not have any other symptoms and any other issues. Is there some else I should do?

Hello Lybrate user. From your question it's bit not clear about oral sex? Ie was there only contact with breast and not with genital area? Even than the signs/ symptoms suggest hsv infection. You can do hsv 1 and 2 antibody test from a good lab. You can consult in pvt too to discuss in detail for proper advice. Thanks and best wishes.
