You look like you are in a serious mess and on medication. I suggest that you meet with a marriage counselor and have some therapy for both of you. Even if he does not come, you must go for some help for yourself. Relying on medication alone is not enough. There is no point of loving him if it is not reciprocated and for that there must be some external help. Marital issues can be quite complicated and needs professional help. There are too many details which the counselor will get to know and then do the right thing over a period of time.

Do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details you can consult me.

Hello doctor this is goutam, I am 29 years, bp 115/75, I have some anxiety, mania and dizziness problem from childhood, so 4 years ago a neurologist suggest me some blood check up and brain mri, blood report ok but in mri there is some small spot in left basal ganglia, on that time my anxiety and depression level was high. So he suggested me clopitab75 for 3 month, betacap tr 40 (propranolol) and zaptra 12.5 (paroxetine+ clonazepam), after 3 month stopped clopitab 75. But for depression continue betacap and zaptra, after 1 year I felt good, depression goes down, but there was some problem like concentration, confusion, memory problem, palpitations, from last 4 year I am taking those medicine, now I take zaptra in alternative days and betacap tr reduce 40 to 20 for last 3 month, how can I get rid off from those medicine? I don't want to get addicted, and I don't know is there any major side effects effect on brian and heart the main tension is that. Please try to help me doctor. Thank you.

Has there been further mris done? What has your doctor told you? Additionally are you taking up counseling to manage your behaviour, low concentration, confidence etc? Both line of treatment should run in parallel for overall results. Psychiatric meds do have side effects but they should not be stopped without consultation with your Dr. If you are finding improvements and your Dr. can confirm that then gradually the dosage can be reduced and subsequently stopped. But it is very important to go for counseling to be able to sustain the withdrawal symptoms that you might face once the medicines are stopped. Evaluate yourself as well how are you now as compared to 6 months ago or a year ago. See what positive changes have happened and what are your limitations. Are you able to lead a normal life and are your able to cope with whatever challenges you are facing in your life, or you need to turn to your medicines for support? A healthy lifestyle along with a healthy vibrant mind (brain) shall allow you to live a better life, so focus there. I am sure you shall be fine and better equipped if you follow the recommendation I gave.
