I'm sorry to hear that your daughter is not feeling well. Based on the information you provided, it seems that she has been experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms for a while and her recent blood work showed an elevated esr and decreased hemoglobin. Additionally, she has a fever and her doctor prescribed ofloxacin and cyproheptadine.
Ofloxacin is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections, while cyproheptadine is an antihistamine used to treat allergic reactions and stimulate appetite. These medications suggest that your daughter's doctor is trying to treat a possible infection and improve her appetite.
It's important to continue following your daughter's doctor's instructions and give her the prescribed medications as directed. Additionally, make sure she gets plenty of rest and stays hydrated. If her fever persists or if she experiences any new or worsening symptoms, contact her doctor immediately.
It may also be helpful to keep a record of her symptoms, such as when she experiences pain or nausea after eating, to help her doctor better understand her condition. If necessary, her doctor may refer her to a gastroenterologist or other specialist for further evaluation.
I hope your daughter feels better soon.
