About Mucinac 600mg Effervescent Tablet Orange

Mucinac 600mg Effervescent Tablet Orange is prescribed for decreasing the mucous secretion that occurs if you suffer from lung diseases such as bronchitis, asthma and emphysema. It can be taken with or without food. It is recommended to consume this medication at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit. It is vital to finish the course of medication.

Your doctor will prescribe the dose by examining your symptoms. It is important to complete the course of treatment and you must not stop taking it without informing your doctor. If you have missed a dose then take it as soon as you remember. However, you must never take a double dose. So, if it is already time for the next scheduled dose then skip the missed dose.

Fever, nausea, vomiting, and rash are some of the common side effects that may occur. Do not take this drug if you are allergic to any of its constituents. If you have a known allergy to some food or components, let your doctor know. Usually, it is suggested to consume plenty of fluids during the course of treatment.

Before taking this drug, inform your healthcare expert if you have asthma. In such cases, close monitoring is required. Your doctor should also if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Also, talk to your doctor and inform him/her if you have any kidney or liver problems.

Since increased bronchial secretions may develop after inhalation, percussion, postural drainage and suctioning should follow; if bronchospasm occurs, administer a bronchodilator; discontinue acetylcysteine if bronchospasm progresses.

The treatment of Mucinac 600mg Effervescent Tablet Orange toxicity is usually aimed at reversing anaphylactoid symptoms or controlling nausea and vomiting. The use of epinephrine, antihistamines, and steroids may be beneficial.

Store opened vials in the refrigerator, use within 96 hours; dilutions should be freshly prepared and used within 1 hour; light purple color of solution does not affect its mucolytic activity.

Pulmonary treatment: Prepare solution (may dilute with sterile water to reduce concentrate from impeding nebulizer) and use as directed. Clear airway by coughing deeply before using aerosol.

Wash face and face mask after treatment to remove any residual. You may experience drowsiness (use caution when driving) or nausea or vomiting (small frequent meals may help).
