This is a combination medication which has Flupirtine and Thiocolchicoside as active ingredients. It is used for the treatment and prevention of nervous disorders, acute pain, and other conditions. Avoid using this medication if you are using it with other medicines that may lead to liver injury. If you are allergic to any ingredient contained within this medication.
Discontinue usage if you notice any sign of liver damage. The dosage for this medication should be determined by the doctor based on your medical history and current condition. The usual dose is either 100 or 200 mg per day depending on the severity of the condition.

This medication is an analgesic which works by upregulating Bcl-2, increasing glutathione level, activating an important potassium channel, and delaying calcium retention capacity loss of inter-mitochondrial membrane. It also acts as an NMDA receptor antagonist without binding to the receptor. It is a derivative of glucoside, colchicoside that is contained within the Colchicum autumnale plant. Thiocolchicoside is a type of synthetic sulfur derivative. Thiocolchicoside has a high affinity for g-aminobutyric acid receptors. It activates GABA pathways and acts on the muscular contractures.
