This is a combination medicattion which has Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan, and Phenylephrine as active ingredients. It is an antihistamine. This works by blocking the action of histamine in the body. It is used for relieving symptoms of sinus pressure, runny nose, itching of the throat and nose.

You are advised to not use this medication if you are allergic to it. If you are taking or have taken sodium oxybate, furazolidone or a monoamine oxidase inhibitor within the last 14 days. Before using this drug, inform your doctor if you have breathing problems, glaucoma, liver disease, etc. Some adverse effects include
