About Benzaday 4mg Tablet

Benzaday 4mg Tablet is a drug that is used as muscle relaxant. It is known to interfere and inhibit the nerve impulses sent from the brain to the muscles by antagonizing 5HT2 receptors, thereby creating a numbing sensation in the muscles that subsides pain. It is used in the treatment of skeletal muscle injury in combination with other drugs and nutritional supplements

The drug is contraindicated in patients who have suffered or are suffering from overactive thyroid gland, wide-angle glaucoma, heart attacks, heart failure, irregular heart rhythm, sinus tachycardia etc. The drug also interacts with other drugs like socarboxazid,phenelzine, tranylcypromine, MAO inhibitors, antihistamines, opioid pain relievers, etc. and cause complications. While common side effects like dizziness, headache, fatigue, indigestion, blurred vision manifest in most of the case, in certain cases severe side effects like abnormal heartbeat, obstruction of bile flow, jaundice, acute allergic reaction have also been reported. While the common side effects subside gradually, you should seek medical aid in case of overdose or manifestation of the severe side effects. Additionally avoid doing any activity that requires considerable attention as driving after taking the drug as it causes drowsiness.
