You should not delay urination unless there is no alternative. This frequent urination can slowly lead to urge incontinence. There is an exercise to control bladder movement along with a medicine for long term use. Since you do not have infection, there is no point in taking antibiotics. An USG of lower abdomen will be required in due course if things do not improve. Contact me for details.

Urologist,
Dear , I am sorry to know about your problem.
There are a few conditions which can lead to burning while passing urine. These are urinary tract infections (bacterial or fungal), ureteric or bladder stones, cancer in bladder or urethra, stricture urethra and some other rare conditions. You need to get an ultrasonogram of abdomen, urine microscopy and urine culture to rule out some of these common problems. Blood sugar control is very important for any infection to settle.
If all these are normal and your problem still persists it is important to get yourself checked by a urologist.
Please get back to me with the above reports and I will be able to guide you further.
Wish you a speedy recovery and good health

Hello,
best advice" drink to your thirst. It's the best indicator.
Water is involved in every type of cellular process in body and when dehydrated, less the metabolism. Even 1% dehydrated can cause a significant drop in metabolism.
Total fluid intake depends on how active you are, the climate you live in, your health status. Water intake for men is roughly about 13 cups (3 liters) of total beverages a day. Everyone has heard the advice, drink 8 glasses of water a day (1.9 liters), it remains popular because it's easy to remember. Drinking excessive water can lead to loss of sleep as to get up in the night to go to the toilet and also cause kidney damage which control the amount of water, salts and other solutes and when drinking too much water in short period of time, the kidneys cannot flush it out fast enough and the blood becomes water logged and lead to fatal condition called hyponatraemia means insufficient salt in the blood causing swelling of the brain that can be disastrous which manifests as seizures, coma, respiratory arrest, brain stem herniation and death.
Severe cases of hyponatremia can also lead to water intoxication, an illness whose symptoms include headache, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination and mental disorientation.
Take care.
Passing protein in urine is called proteinuria is not a specific disease. So its treatment depends on identifying and managing its underlying cause. Causes can be diabetes, hypertension, kidney injury, trauma, infection etc Proper treatment should be started early as it can lead to kidney failure on long term basis.
