It might be due to spasm or stiffness in the upper back, through myofasical release the pain will be reduced. Consult with physiotherapist and take electrotherapy for a week, through ift and us therapy the pain will be reduced and do not lift any heavy objects or put pressure on the hand untill the pain reduces.

1) Please understand that at your age the probability of having a heart disease is very low. 2) In females t wave inversions in some ecg leads is found normally and that interpretation should be done by a cardiologist rather than yourself to avoid creating unnecessary stress and panic. 3) If you are still excessively concerned you can request a cardiologist to get you evaluated with a stress echo rather than a plain echo. 4) If the stress echo is normal then please stop worrying because worrying that you may or may not have a heart disease is not going to help you. All you can do is live a healthy lifestyle, have routine follow ups with a cardiologist so that you are well evaluated, if this excessive anxiety persists then please consult a psychiatrist for anxiety management.
