Asked for female, 28 years old from Bangalore
1) Please understand that at your age the probability of having a heart disease is very low. 2) In females t wave inversions in some ecg leads is found normally and that interpretation should be done by a cardiologist rather than yourself to avoid creating unnecessary stress and panic. 3) If you are still excessively concerned you can request a cardiologist to get you evaluated with a stress echo rather than a plain echo. 4) If the stress echo is normal then please stop worrying because worrying that you may or may not have a heart disease is not going to help you. All you can do is live a healthy lifestyle, have routine follow ups with a cardiologist so that you are well evaluated, if this excessive anxiety persists then please consult a psychiatrist for anxiety management.
