Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Hiv dna pcr test in 30 days, if negative, is conclusive and therefore there is nothing to worry about it for the time being.
I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for you.
You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
After exposure with in 48 hrs and tested for HIV DNA PCR test after 30 days the test was "NEGATIVE" is conclusive The test is conclusive and you need not fear.
The hiv dna pcr test & the test is very reliable for detecting hiv in someone recently exposed to the virus and will be highly accurate within 48 to 72 hours. An ultra-sensitive version of the rt-pcr test can detect as few as 50 copies/ml. The branched dna (bdna) assay also detects the amount of virus and has results comparable to rt-pcr.
Pcr viral load is the most sensitive test for detecting hiv infection in seroconversion, though greater sensitivity may be achieved when used in conjunction with the proviral dna test. A qualitative pcr test, known as the pcr-dna test, looks for the presence of the virus, but does not measure the amount found.

Dear Lybrate user. The first HIV protein (antigen) that can be measured is p24 (from 1 to 8 weeks after exposure). Viral load and p24 tests are not accurate for diagnosing early HIV if the results are negative. An HIV antibody response can be detected as early as two weeks in a few people and in more than 99.9% of people by 12 weeks. Take care.
You have unnecessarily done so many tests on the improper days and you should have done on the 90th day. You are not likely to be infected as you had only an oral sex.

Dear lybrate-user,
There is some thing intriguing. If you wre really HIV positive, you can not become negative.
Its better you come in person and before that take a Private consult.
Do not get in to too many testings at several places, you need a good comprehensive set-up that can guide you properly.

Dear user. Thanks for the question. Hiv spread through contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and hiv-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the hiv-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the hiv-negative partner. Hiv can not spread through saliva. Take care.

Hello-
The only way to know for sure whether you have HIV is to get tested. If you get a negative HIV antibody test result during the window period, you should be re-tested 3 months after your possible exposure to HIV.
