I am suffering from bronchitis but now I suspect I may be suffering from hemoptysis. One of the pulmonologist prescribed m seronixit f 250 and roxithromycin with supradyn. Please advise is it proper treatment?

Pulmonologist must have given proper treatment available in allopathy. Haemoptysis is caused commonly by bronchitis. If you have test reports. Pl share as also pulomnologist's prescription to know the reason behind the disease. Anti obstructive for airways and antibiotics is good combo. However to raise strength of lungs, ease overall respiratory tract, you should think of some protocols in ayurvedic herbals which are compatible with allopathy. It will make life easy. May talk if you feel or write.

Bronchitis and wheezing are curable provided doctors prescribed proper medicine such as loftair plus montek plus zincovit. Please suggest your advise for such cases?

MD - Pulmonary Medicine, MBBS, DNB ( Pulmonary Medicine)
Pulmonologist, Thane
First to do pft, do cbc with absolute eosinophil count and total serum ige and inform. Rest if you're bronchial asthma then treatment for it is downgrading to basic mdi instead of loftair for now then if not controlled on basic mdi can use loftair combination. Can continue zincovit and montek lc get the tests done to see for allergy etc.

Yes it’s treatable. What are your symptoms? And what medicines are you taking? 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term consult online with details.
