एमरोक्स सिरप (Amrox Syrup)

एमरोक्स सिरप (Amrox Syrup) एक दवा है जो टैबलेट, सिरप, पस्टिल्स, इंहेलेशन सोल्यूशन, सूखे पाउडर का पाउच, अम्पूल्स और ड्रॉप्स के साथ-साथ गोलियों के रूप में उपलब्ध है। यह एक व्यवस्थित रूप से सक्रिय म्यूकोलाईटिक एजेंट है जो फेफड़ों में बलगम की संरचना को तोड़कर काम करता है और इसलिए एक्सपेक्टोरेशन की सुविधा देता है। यह बलगम के उत्पादन के साथ तीव्र और पुरानी श्वसन संबंधी बीमारियों का इलाज करता है।

अगर आप स्तनपान करा रही हैं, यदि आपको कभी स्टीवंस-जॉनसन सिंड्रोम था, या यदि आपकी उम्र 12 वर्ष या उससे कम है, तो आपको इस दवा को नहीं लेना चाहिए। इस दवा का उपयोग करते समय अतिरिक्त सावधानी बरतें यदि आपको लीवर की समस्या , गुर्दे का फ़ैल होना या पेट में अल्सर है। गर्भावस्था के दौरान इसका उपयोग केवल तभी किया जाना चाहिए जब लाभ, जोखिमों से ज्यादा हो।

इस दवा से मतली, उल्टी, दस्त, पेट में दर्द, पाचन विकार, स्टीवंस-जॉनसन सिंड्रोम, एलर्जी और अन्य जैसे दुष्प्रभाव हो सकते हैं। वयस्कों के लिए सामान्य खुराक 30 एमजी से 120 एमजी दैनिक होती है, जिसे 2 से 3 विभाजित खुराकों में लिया जाता है। अलग-अलग उम्र के बच्चों के लिए, खुराक भी बदलती है। अपने डॉक्टर के पर्चे का पालन करें और खुराक लेना ना भूलें ।

Ambroxol is an agent that causes diffusion of thick mucus. Uncontrolled quantity of nitric oxide (NO) is related to inflammation and other kinds of disruptions of the functioning of the airways. Ambroxol inhibits the activation of guanylate cyclase which is nitric oxide dependent. Terbutaline causes pharmacological effects. This is assigned to stimulation via beta-adrenergic receptors of the intracellular adenyl cyclase. The intracellular adenyl cyclase enzyme causes the conversion of adenosine triphosphate into adenosine monophosphate. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which reduces adhesiveness and surface tension of congealed mucus in the upper respiratory tract to increase the flow of mucus, stimulating and increasing efficiency of the cilia to remove the accumulated mucus.
