T-Minic Oral Drops একটি অ্যান্টিহিস্টামিন যা শরীরে হিস্টামিন উৎপাদনের ক্রিয়াকে অবরুদ্ধ করে কাজ করে। এটি সাইনাস চাপ, সাইনাস বদ্ধতা, সর্দিযুক্ত নাক, গলা এবং নাকে চুলকানি, চোখ থেকে জল পড়া, হাঁচি ইত্যাদির সাথে সম্পর্কিত উপসর্গগুলিকে চিকিৎসা করতে সহায়তা করে।

যদি আপনার এই ওষুধের থেকে অ্যালার্জি সৃষ্টি হয় তাহলে ওষুধটি এড়িয়ে চলুন। বর্তমানে যদি আপনি সোডিয়াম অক্সিবেট, ফুরাজোলিডোন ব্যবহার করেন বা গত ২ সপ্তাহের মধ্যে যদি আপনি মনোঅ্যামিন অক্সিডেস ইনহিবিটার ব্যবহার করেন তাহলে সেইসব রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রেও এই ওষুধের সুপারিশ করা হয় না। শ্বাসকষ্ট, গ্লুকোমা, হার্টের সমস্যা, লিভার ডিজিজ, উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, খিঁচুনি, হাইপারথাইরয়েডিজম, প্রস্রাবের সমস্যা ইত্যাদি ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ রোগ আছে এমন রোগীদের এই ওষুধ গ্রহণ শুরু করার আগে চিকিৎসককে রোগীদের মধ্যে থাকা রোগের ইতিহাস সম্পর্কে অবহিত করতে হবে।
