Femilon Tablet

Femilon Tablet একটি গর্ভনিরোধক যা গর্ভাবস্থাকে প্রতিরোধ করার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে এই ওষুধের সুপারিশ করা হয় না। আপনার যদি ডেসোজেস্ট্রেল, এথিনিল এস্ট্রাডিয়ল, ইস্ট্রোজেন পণ্য থেকে অ্যালার্জি‌ থাকে বা কোন কারণ ছাড়াই যোনি থেকে রক্তপাত বা হৃৎপিণ্ড এবং রক্তনালীর ব্যাধি থেকে তবে এই ওষুধ গ্রহণ করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয় না।

এই ওষুধ ব্যবহার করার আগে নিম্নলিখিত শর্তগুলির সম্পর্কে আপনার চিকিৎসকের সাথে আলোচনা করুন। আপনার যদি কোনও খাবারের উপাদানের থেকে এলার্জি হয়, আপনি যদি গর্ভবতী হন, গর্ভবতী হওয়ার পরিকল্পনা করছেন, বা শিশুকে বুকের দুধ খাওয়াচ্ছেন, আপনি অন্য যে কোনও প্রেসক্রিপশন অনুযায়ী বা প্রেসক্রিপশন ছাড়া ওষুধ গ্রহণ করছেন, অন্য কোনও ভেষজ বা ডায়েটরি বা খাদ্যতালিকাগত ওষুধ এবং সাপ্লিমেন্ট ব্যবহার করছেন। যে কোনরকম স্বাস্থ্যের জটিলতা এড়ানোর জন্য, আপনার শারীরিক অবস্থার সম্পর্কে চিকিৎসকে সচেতন করানো উচিত।

এই ওষুধের সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়াগুলি হল বমি বমি ভাব, পেটে ব্যথা, বমিভাব, ব্রণ, ফুসকুড়ি, চুল পড়া, পেটে ব্যথা, যোনি থেকে গন্ধহীন স্রাব হওয়া।

Femilon Tablet is a combination of Ethinyl Estradiol and Desogestrel. The former constituent is a semisynthetic estrogen which enters the cells and binds to the estrogen receptors and forms a complex that enters the cell nucleus and bind to the DNA. This activates the DNA transcription of genes that are involved in estrogenic cellular responses. The latter constituent of the medicine is progestin medication that is commonly found in birth control pills. The drug enters the cell passively and binds to the progesterone receptors found in the nucleus. This affects the gene transcription process.
