Colimex Oral Drops একটি অ্যান্টি-স্পাসমোডিক ড্রাগ যা ইরিটেবল বাওয়েল সিন্ড্রোমের মতো অন্ত্রের সমস্যার বিরুদ্ধে কার্যকর। ওষুধটি অন্ত্রের স্বাভাবিক নড়ন চড়নকে হ্রাস করে এবং পেট এবং অন্ত্রের পেশীগুলিকে আরাম প্রদান করে পেটের খিঁচুনি থেকে মুক্তি দেয়।

Colimex Oral Drops is a drug that treats smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract which occurs due to irritable bowel syndrome. It blocks the acetylcholine receptors present on the smooth muscles thereby causing the muscles to relax. It also controls excessive secretion from not only stomach but also from bronchial, tracheal and pharyngeal muscles. It also work as a surfactant, carminative and antifoaming agent and has viscoelastic characteristics. Altogether they constituents work and alleviates the disease symptoms.
