Health Query

Hello doctor. As I asked earlier about idiopathic chest pain after masturbation, you said its due to anxiety neurosis, so I would like to ask, is there any treatment for this anxiety disorder? Is it necessary to take any treatment or it will go on its own? Becoz I get palpitations at night during sleeping too. I took desvenlafaxine succinate tablets before for 2 months, as doctor prescribed me earlier for palpitations. Becoz I am a medical student and I do not want to take any risk of any problems upcoming in future. So what kind of treatment and daily life precautions and steps should I follow, please can you give me guidance accordingly in this concern? I will be grateful if you can solve this problem. thank you.
