Hi lybrate-user globac z is a medication which is useful for the treatment of anemia which contains iron component with various other vitamins also. Zincovit is also a multivitamin tablet only ,so actually no need to take both .globac z will be enough but if you wish to take both no harmful effects will occur .so don't worry hope I have answered your question. Dear Lybrateuser, - To raise your hemoglobin have iron rich foods mainly organ meats, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, broccoli, beans & lentils, eggs, nuts, fruits such as apple, guava, figs, Jagger - also you can take supplement such as Capsule Autrin, daily one cap after breakfast - if not much improvement in 1-2 months then consult a doctor as you may require injectible iron supplement to raise your hemoglobin level.
