Lot of things. Genes,dna. your ancestor history of teeth. Widening of arch cannot be done naturally. But there are appliancesa few by dentist available to cause widening as per the skeletal to dental teeth relation .habits which you had when you were a child. Like thumb sucking. Kindly visit a nearby dentist to assess your problem better.

Hello Team, I am 60 years old female with flat foot and have been suffering from severe inflammation and pain in the ankle along with joint pains. I consulted several orthopedists and all of them prescribed pain killers for 1 week to 2 weeks. I feel relieved while using the tablets and the pain is back when I stop taking them. I am also using foot correction cheppal with arch support from 10 years. Is there a solution for this? Please suggest. Thanks in Advance!

You may change the footwear whatever using now by replacing it with medial arch insole in sports shoe. Before all this you need to be examined by a therapist whether Occupational therapist or physical therapist.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.
