DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. ?. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day ?2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals ?. 3) don?t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal?4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods?. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits ?6) avoid coffee and tea?. A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals?. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 15 days. Right leg sprained severely near knee from inside thigh. Can stand with support but unable to walk w/o support. Local warming and Flexon 2 times a day cont'd. Advise further for recovery.

No hot water fomentation, if its swollen just ice.Lots of ice multiple Tims a day. Will help with swelling and pain. Consult a orthopedic soon

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Goodevening mam yes I ahve understood your question. Firstly you must start with a couple of isometric exercises for your knee. Place a towel while lying down under your knee and press it down till about 10 seconds and then release. Then you should raise your leg upto 45 degerees and hold for 10 seconds. Secondly do active knee bending and straightening of knee while in sitting position. Do these exercises every day twice. Please let me know how your feeling.

Go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti, localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.
