I am having strange pain in my right wrist joint from last 4-5 months. The intensity has now increased. I feel pain in movement and while doing household work, lifting anything from my hand. It can be a muscle spasm. Apply ice pack. Do some hot water fermentation. It can also be due to overactivity which may result in pain. Refer a nearby physiotherapists you need to undergo ultrasound therapy.

My parent both the knees have been outwear and suggested to replace but there is no pain in knees. Only problem is that during the walking some time not feel comfortable. If there is no pain then why go for surgery. Start strengthening exercises for knee. If they are wearing knee braces according to their deformity then there is less problem in future.
