Abdominal belt is of no use ,provided abdomen is due to LAX abdominal muscles and fat deposition over abdominal wall. For flat tummy eat a healthy protein rich diet ,take fat restricted diet. Do regular exercises ,about 20 minutes walk daily ,stretching exercises ,and breathing exercises. You can do abdominal exercises after 6 months of caeserian.
