Hello, for soft and smooth hair, -henna is very good (it changes the door a bit though) -conditioning is very important after shampoo. -deep condition your hair every 15 days. -oil them regularly. -give steam to your hair while deep conditioning, using hot towel. -eat protein rich foods. -stay away from curlers or flat irons. -if you use hair plop method to dry your hair, they will dry softer.

9 month ago my sperm count was 5 million even testosterone was also low then I took medicine ATP 38 & TRINERVE LC 1 month and testoviron 250 after 1 month my sperm count reached 65 million nd testosterone also reached in a normal range but since 2 months my sexual feeling became very low Also erectile problem I don't have kids even after 2 years of my marriage.

Get semen test done every month from 3or 4 laboratory stop sex for some time if your semen test is normal or as low as 25 million you can become father do sex between 12th day to 18th of mensrual cycle may god bless you.
