Strepsils is a soothing and medicated lozenge which contains active medical ingredients to tackle sore throat pain deep down.
Strepsils Sore Throat & Cough is a combination of two antiseptics (2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg, Amylmetacresol 0.6mg) and Levomenthol (a mild local anaesthetic).
Strepsils sore throat and cough provide dual relief from sore throat and dry, tickly coughs and associated symptoms such as nasal congestion. It provides effective dual action to soothe your sore throat for up to 2 hours
Unlike non-medicated lozenges or sweets, Strepsils provides clinically proven relief which lasts for long after the lozenge has gone.

Warning
Should be used by Adults and children over 6 years only.

Directions of use:
Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 - 3 hours as required, up to a maximum of 12 lozenges in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Hello, I don't think having warm water with lemon and ginger will help to reduce gastric problem. However, having warm water with lemon and ginger in the morning will help to improve metabolism of the body which is really good. I suggest your father to continue to have both tablet for gastritis (whenever needed) and warm water daily. Warm water with lemon+ginger will not affect your father's kidney in any way. Nothing to worry about that. Cholesterol level can be controlled by regular exercise. Take care of your father. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

Yes you can. Remember moderation is the key. Pcod/pcos is a common hormonal disorder in women which can lead to weight gain and irregular periods. While most women depend on pills to deal with it, these simple changes in your lifestyle will help you deal with the condition in a better way. 1.Nutritional approach: deficiency of micronutrients contributes to insulin insensitivity and compromise ovarian function. So, 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time10. Maintain active life style2. Exercise strategies: regular workouts are non-negotiable. They are essential to burn off fat stores for hormonal balance and regular ovulation. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. Other days you can do cardio exercises like yoga, cycling, swimming etc. Till lock down do suryanamaskar. . Sleep: adequate sleep is non-negotiable too. Sleeping at a more or less fixed time every day and for an adequate number of hours is a prerequisite to keep hormones in sync. 4. De-stress yourself: love yourself more than anyone else, prioritize your health, learn to say no, take time out to exercise and relax. take warm water for drinking, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, take dinner in half quantity of lunch & early in the evening, do regular exercise. Avoid -overeating,sleeping immediately after taking food,oily,spicy,fatty ,fast food, avoid late night work,avoid excessive seating for long duration,avoid junk food.

In our body liver acts like a crime control system of food. It eliminat toxins which may have very bad effect in body. All these process leads to formation of free radicals which leads to damage of body. Green tea has antioxidant which helps to fight these free radicals. So,drink it.

Standing is better than sitting as its good for your body. But that will not help with weight loss. All those stuff you r taking are good as they have beneficial compounds. That alone will not help with weight loss U will have to change your dietary pattern and increase your physical activity.
