Talk to a healthcare professional about whether your child need diet evaluation and management, because pediasure only is not going to solve your concerns. Regard this product if your child is younger than 2 years of age. Pediasure products are not intended for infants younger than 1 year of age. According to the american academy of pediatrics, in india age recommendation 2 year or above, infants under a year old should be breastfed or fed an iron-fortified infant formula.

You are overweight by 30 kgs and yes this will pose a lot of problems if not corrected. You can start with avoiding simple sugars as far as possible, Eating Out' less, avoiding junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Combine these dietary changes with 30 -40 mins walk. If you wish to lose weight under professional guidance with diet plans which have food of your choice, you should opt for a customised diet program. Do never ever take any supplement until you are a professional or you are unable to eat food through mouth. Include 2 liters of milk/2 dozen banana/8 eggs/450 gms chicken/fruits/nuts daily in your diet and I am sure in a month you will see mark improvement in your diet.

Take nutritional foods. Avoid spicy, fast, junk foods take simple veg food with salad. Walk slowly 1 to 2 km after dinner daily. Take sarpgandha mishran tablet 1 daily 15 minutes before going to sleep for 10 days end change sleeping habits.

No, you will not gain height. Also you do not need any protein supplements. Follow this for good health1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10.
