Arsenicum Sulphuratum Rubrum is a red sulphide of Arsenic. It is especially used in skin complaints like psoriasis and eczema and cases of influenza .
Skin complaints

Psoriasis, acne, itching of various parts with pus filled discharges
Pellagra i.e deficiency of vitamin niacin
Eczema and furuncles
Feels cold and Chilly even before a fire

Other complaints

Influenza with intense catarrhal symptoms like running nose, cough, etc
Great weakness and high temperature
Base of the head has headache in young girls
Leucorrha i.e. white discharge in women, pelvic pains, menstrual troubles, and general anmic appearance.
Sciatica and bone pains
