The only difference is that the mass gainer is the same�Whey Protein�found in protein shakes but with at least twice as much carbohydrates than protein.�one serving of weight/mass gainer may contain 40-50 grams of Whey protein along with 100-150 grams of Carbohydrates generally coming mainly from a cheap sugar base known as Maltodextrin. Hello! Itching can b due to high bilirubbin due to fatty liver! U should avoid eating sugar, fats etc Watch for your diet! Tc.
