Pain might be because of wrong positioning while sleeping or you might lift any heavy weight or else .Back pain is radiating towards abdomen that may be muscular pain or else gas problem. If there is hardness of muscle so you can apply ice otherwise apply hot water fermentation. For that you can use hot water bag or hot water bottle.
